About Jeff Alvis 

At Keystone, Jeff focuses on M&A due diligence and integration, profit improvement, and business and organization strategy. Prior to Keystone, Jeff held leadership positions including Division President at Leggett & Platt, VP – Corporate Development at Dun & Bradstreet, and Managing Director at Lante Corporation. Jeff earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University after receiving an Economics degree from Tulane University. Jeff has had articles published in Forbes, Middle Market Executive, CEO.com and Mergers & Acquisitions magazine. He has served as a board Member of a non-profit education group in Chicago and as a youth mentor at his church. Jeff is an avid (and long-suffering) fan of the Chicago White Sox. 

Jeff brings a wealth of experience helping companies execute successful integrations. This includes his roles as a Corporate Development and Division President in industry, complemented by several years as a consultant. He has helped dozens of companies assess, plan and execute deals of various shapes and sizes in a variety of industries. This work has resulted in smooth transitions, accelerated synergy capture and integrated cultures and organization structures.
